Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored electronically in our website database.

We keep the personal data you provide to us for one year unless you have agreed to be registered on our email list in which case we shall retain this information until you notify us that you wish to remove your consent for us to hold your data as set put above, but in any event we shall notify you every 12 months that we hold your data for the purposes of administering our email list and ask if you wish us to retain your personal information for the purposes of contacting you by email.

After one year if you are not registered on our email list or, if you have requested to be removed from our email list, we shall then dispose your information by permanently deleting it from our data base.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
